all jewlz are designed by our experienced merchandising team. we’ve known each other for years and are stoked to work together to help you bling out.
There’s no such thing as too much jewlz. We believe more is MORE so we made sure most of our products come in sets of two or four or more. We want our selection to be as dynamic as your vibes.
Store everything in cool dark areas. Make sure there’s no sharp edges or rough metals in contact. A jewelry box works of course. Don’t leave your earrings in the sink or on the vanity. Humidity and moisture are not your friend! You can clean your jewlz by running them under warm water with mild soap and non-abrasive polishing cloths(like those to wipe glasses). Anything with chemicals(pool water, sweat, sunscreen, hair product, perfume/lotion) can affect your jewelry so do your best to avoid them or gently rinse them after contact.
In order to make your jewlz last as long as possible, we don’t suggest wearing them in any water
shipping / returns / exchanges
We offer standard free shipping on all orders over $50 to the 48 contiguous US states. Shipments go out at least 5 days a week from Pennsylvania and typically arrive in 2 to 7 business days.
We offer shipping to Hawaii and Alaska for a small additional charge. Faster shipping options are available at checkout for a small fee.

Returns are available within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@jewlz.co. Because jewlery is personal, delicate, and worn close to the skin all returns must be
1. unworn
2. unused or show no signs of usage
3. undamaged and in the original condition
4. be on/in original packaging.
If our quality control team feels an item has been used your refund may be delayed, or unfortunately, rejected. All returns will be charged a $8.00 restocking fee deducted from your refund. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.
Some items are excluded from returns like anything purchased on state sale, bundles, earrings/piercings, items marked final sale, items shipped as part of a promotional offer or similar. Please note that shipping charges for orders under $50 are not refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically hit your card within 3-5 business days once the items have been received back to our warehouse. Depending on the bank or card it can take up to 10 to 14 business days on rare occasions.
We are happy to exchange products and can often waive the $8.00 return fee for an exchange if it’s within 14 days of purchase. Your jewlz must be unworn, unused, undamaged and with the original card(see the return policy above). You’ll typically be issued store credit or a coupon code to use for an exchange.
